Free non-commercial experiment · Google Sheets add-on

Spreadsheets are staying. Manual reconciliation doesn't have to.

Find what matched, what differs, and what is missing—without building fragile formulas or changing your source tabs.

Works inside Google Sheets™. No external account or backend required.

Clear exceptions, not another formula

Turn two exports into one reviewable report.

Reconcile Sheets is designed for small ecommerce operators who compare orders with payment or payout exports in spreadsheets.

Explain every result

See exact matches, value differences, missing records, duplicates, and the reason behind each classification.

Review approximate matches

Possible key typos are suggestions—not automatic decisions. You approve or reject each one.

Keep source tabs unchanged

The add-on creates a separate result sheet. Your selected source and destination tabs are not modified.

How it works

A controlled workflow from selection to report.

1

Select two tables

Choose your orders and payments or payouts sheets, then select one key column on each side.

2

Review the exceptions

Inspect exact results, differences, duplicates, missing records, and optional approximate suggestions.

3

Create the report

Generate a separate, clearly labeled sheet with statuses, keys, reasons, and compared-field differences.

Designed for control

Your spreadsheet remains the workspace.

Current-file access

The add-on requests access to the spreadsheet where it is being used—not every file in your Drive.

No external data backend

Rows are processed in Google Apps Script and are not sent to a backend operated by Ninety Six Systems.

History you can clear

Compact run metadata stays in the spreadsheet and can be reviewed or removed from the sidebar.

Questions

What to expect from early access.

Which workflows are supported?

The initial version compares an orders table with a payments or payouts table in the same spreadsheet using one key column per table.

Does it change my source data?

No. Reconcile Sheets reads the selected tables and creates a new result sheet. The selected source tabs are not written to.

Does it use AI?

No. Approximate suggestions use bounded, explainable string similarity and always require an explicit human decision.

Is the early-access version paid?

No. This release is a free, non-commercial experiment for learning from installation, reliability, and user feedback. It has no purchases, subscriptions, advertising, or paid upgrades.
